Every day, staff in organisations have to resolve differences - about resources, or objectives, or price; and sometimes about how to maintain positive relationships.  Effective negotiation skills make this easier and produce better results. 

During this one day course you’ll:

  • Recognise when negotiation is appropriate
  • Learn about the nature and process of principled negotiation
  • Practise the key skills of thinking, listening and questioning
  • Find out how to manage conflict in negotiations
  • Develop strategies and tactics for successful bargaining

So that by the end of the day you’ll be much more confident in your ability to reach a resolution with others who have different needs or views.
